Goshen, New York · Basketball skills training
Skill work for basketball players from elementary school to the pros. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at The Jump in Goshen.
High school → college
Roughly three and a half in every hundred high school players go on to play NCAA basketball at any division.
College → drafted
Of the players who do make a college roster, about one in eighty hears their name called on draft night.
The part that's yours
Handle, shot, conditioning, decisions, how you carry yourself in a gym. None of that is decided by a percentage.
We don't argue with the numbers. We change what you bring to them.
Read the oddsThree ways in
Every athlete gets the same standard of work. What changes is how many people are in the gym with you and how much of the hour is yours.
01 · One on one
The whole hour, your weaknesses, nowhere to hide.
02 · Two to six
Competitive reps against players at your level.
03 · Programs
Skill development that fits what your coach already runs.
The method
Assess what's actually there. Expose what breaks under pressure. Rebuild the mechanics. Load it until it holds. Then carry it into a live game, where it counts.
In the gym
No highlight reels. Just the ordinary Tuesday that most players skip.

Who you're training with
You don't get handed off to an assistant. The same person who assesses you runs your sessions, cuts your film and tells you the truth about where you are.
Sessions run Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at The Jump in Goshen. Tell us where you are and we'll put you in the right room.
