What we run

Every session earns its hour

Three formats, one standard. Below is exactly what you get, what it costs and how the sixty minutes are spent.

01 · Solo

Elementary → Pro · 60 minutes

Individual skills

The full hour on you. We open with the thing you're worst at, not the thing you enjoy. Handle, footwork, shooting mechanics, finishing angles and reads — sequenced against what showed up in your assessment. Film is cut and sent the same night.

02 · Group

2–6 players · 60–75 minutes

Small group

Same skill work, run competitively. You get live one-on-one and two-on-two reps against players who can actually guard you, which is the only way to find out whether a move survives contact. Grouped by level, not by age.

03 · Teams

Programs, travel and school teams

Team blocks

A run of sessions built around what your coach already runs, so skill work reinforces your offence instead of competing with it. Position breakouts, guard and big splits, and a written debrief to your staff after every block. We'll travel to your gym.

04 · Intake

First-time athletes · 45 minutes

Assessment

Before anything else. Movement screen, both hands under pressure, shot from five spots, and a live segment so we can see decisions rather than drills. You leave with a written read on where you are and what the first eight weeks look like.
