The number nobody puts on a flyer
1:9,000High school players per drafted player
This is the honest version. We put it on the site because you will hear it eventually, and it is better to hear it from the person who is going to help you do something about it.

What the
numbers don't say
The draft isn't the ceiling
Sixty players get drafted. Thousands more get paid to play — overseas, in developmental leagues, in college on scholarship. The narrow number at the bottom of the funnel is one door out of many.
The odds aren't evenly spread
That percentage averages together the player who trains three times a week and the player who only touches a ball in season. You are not in the middle of that distribution unless you choose to be.
Most of it is still yours
Height, timing and luck are not up for negotiation. Handle, shot, conditioning, decisions and how you carry yourself in a gym are — and that list is longer than the other one.
Through all the odds
It's the name of the gym for a reason. Not around them, not in spite of them — through.
Change your side of the math
The numbers are fixed. What you bring to them isn't. Start with an assessment.
